Susan Prout will be here with Resonant Field Imaging (auras) as well as Angel Portraits, Shae Moyers (Psychic & Tarot), Leigh Shella will be sharing Shamanic Alchemy, Roxanne Renfro (Lenormand, Tarot or Faery Readings) . This is a Basics/Level I class for all levels of yoga, from beginners to experienced practitioners who enjoy a moderate but active practice. These classes consist mainly of asana (poses) and pranayama (breathwork), may include some meditation and/or chant. Students must be able to get up and down from the floor.
Yoga mat & props will be available for students, or you may bring your own.
Beginners are welcome.
