This is a Basics/Level I class for all levels of yoga, from beginners to experienced practitioners who enjoy a moderate but active practice. These classes consist mainly of asana (poses) and pranayama (breathwork), may include some meditaion and/or chant. Students must be able to get up and down from the floor.
Yoga mat & props will be available for students, or you may bring your own.
Beginners are welcome.

In the third class of our Intuituve Tarot series we’ll learn about the court cards. In many people’s opinion the courts are the most difficult part of the tarot to learn. But we’ll show you how you can utilize your own experiences with people in your life to help you turn the “scary” court cards into something you can easily incorporate into your readings.
Which deck(s) to bring? Any deck that has pictures on all the cards, not just on the Majors, and make sure you like the artwork, but MOST IMPORTANTLY that just by looking at some of the cards you can glean a meaning or story. Remember with intuitive reading ANY meaning you have can be accurate.
The meeting will also include reading exchanges, and a door prize give-away!
Crescent Springs will be providing tea, coffee, and we’ll bring some snacks as well.
